Successful Graduate - Justin Hustwait
My name is Justin Hustwait. I started my nail training after 6 months of research on Salon Geek and Google, looking at many systems with many different companies.
I found Essential Nails was the only choice for me as it enabled me to learn at my own pace and if I was unsure of anything I could go back re-watch and try again.
With such an amazing training tool as The Nail Trainer practice hand, by the time I qualified and started on live clients, my nail routine was second nature to me, and I found it just flowed.
I won’t say I wasn’t nervous as I was petrified, but I just heard Gina (The teacher on DVD) in my mind talking me through every step.
I moved to Glasgow 6 months ago, and while looking for work in salons, I put my nail qualifications from Essential Nails on my CV.
At an interview for a job in a salon, I was asked to do a full set of tip and overlay on the manageress, who was also a nail tech, and as a result of my training with Essential Nails, I got the job!
I have since done two further courses and am studying Sculpted Acrylics with Essential Nails.
The manageress is currently on maternity leave, and guess what, I am running the Nail Station while she is away! All this is down to my Essential Nails training. I had had no prior nail training and no prior knowledge before I started my training; I was a complete novice, my background is totally Hairdressing, so Thank You Essential Nails for all your help starting my new career.
My advice to anybody wanting to start training would be “go for it!” Essential Nails will be the best route for anybody, and truly you can gain employment from your qualifications. It’s hard going, but the guys at Essential Nails are amazing and will give you all the help you could possibly need. Go for It!!!!!
