Water Release transfers pack of 2 cute flower designs.

Cut out the design you wish to use, using tweezers hold in water until it is completely wet. Place face down onto the nail sliding the backing off, gently use your finger to position the design. Dab with tissue to remove any excess water and when dry apply top coat.
