Successful Graduate Kelly Cartwright
I first realised I had a talent for nails when I attended a small nail art class with my sister it was just for a bit of fun and something we could do together. I never thought it would lead to anything but after doing this course I realised I had found something that I was actually good at and really enjoyed.
I have always suffered with panic attacks and lack of confidence especially since I had my operation. I had a large growth on my thyroid gland so it had to be removed along with half my thyroid. I was stuck in the house while I was recovering, feeling very ill and down. That’s when I came across Essential Nail’s, I thought their courses would be something good for me to focus on while I was recovering.
I started with the Nail Art Course and I loved it, it was so much fun and it took my mind off how I was feeling, plus it was great to know that the EN team were there if I needed any support. I passed with 100% distinction, I was so happy.
I’m now doing the Gel Nail’s Course, which I have almost completed, and then I have my manicure and pedicure course waiting for me to start. Essential Nail’s Courses have really helped me with my VTCT qualification and I was told the other day that I will be getting an extra qualification for my nail art and they would like to enter me into competitions and even talked about me entering world skills which I was very shocked by, but very excited.
The Essential Nail’s Competitions have really helped me a lot, people complimenting my Nail Art Has given me so much more confidence.
I’m now in the process of starting my own home based nail salon, and it’s good to know that EN will be there if I need any advice.
I can’t thank EN enough for the confidence, guidance and support they have given me. x
