Here are some common questions and answers about Essential Nails Accounts.
Q1. Where can I find my student account number?
A1. Your student account number will have been emailed to you, when you enrolled in your first course with us. You may need to check your spam/junk folder, if you have not received this email in your inbox. Click here to retrieve your Student Account Number.
Q3. Can I have more than one order on staged payments at a time?
A3. Yes, we are happy to offer staged payments on more than one order, however, this is dependant on the value of the order you currently have running. Please contact the sales department on 01440 820 999 and they will be happy to help you.
Q4. I can’t make payment at the checkout when I log in with my account?
A4. We work really hard to make sure that our website is user friendly, however, if you do experience any problems when trying to place orders, please contact us straight away, either on live chat or by calling us on 01440 820 999 we are available as shown below.
Mon – Thurs 8am – 8pm, Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 5pm

Q5. What are smile points and how do I use them?
A5. Smiles are loyalty points. They are our way of rewarding you for purchasing
from us. You will receive loyalty points every time you shop with us using your account.
You can then use your smile points to claim free products from our range.
How to find smile points – You will see each product on our site has two numbers, below the price.
The first is the number of Smiles you receive when you purchase the item the second is the number of smiles you need to use to get the item free.
How to find how many Smile Points you have to spend – Log in to your essentialnails.com account, click to open your account, click My Smiles tab and you will see the number of smiles you have to spend. You can choose to save your points up or spend them on lower prices items. To spend your Smiles simply log into your account and shop, put the item or items you would like to buy with your Smiles and then proceed to the checkout. You will be asked during the checkout process if you would like to use your Smile points, simply confirm yes and the cost of the item will be removed from your order total.
N.B You can only use Smile points to purchase an item outright. Smile points can’t be used as part payment of a product or for postage costs.
