Over 20 countries competed for the coveted medals in Beauty Therapy at the WorldSkills 2011 event in London last week.
They all completed the nails task (building gel nails and nail art) on The Nail Trainer practice hand.
"For the first time ever in the history of the event, we were able to give competitors a truly equal chance of winning, based on only their skill and hard work" said WorldSkills organiser Deborah King.
