Dream Ultra-V Nail Liquid

A specialist monomer, forming a durable overlay when cured under ultra violet light (UV). There is no solvent to evaporate, so there is no odour. Perfect for mobile use where the smell of conventional monomer is a problem. Use only with Dream Ultra-V powder.
