How You Learn with Essential Nails?


The Course Contents

When you receive the course, you will see that it contains contains everything you need to learn*:

Professional Tools, Dream Nail Products, The Nail Trainer Practice hand, a comprehensive 240 page manual, Progress cards, 2 hour teaching DVD, Telephone support, Question papers, Assessment and Certification.
Your personal tutor, on DVD

The teaching DVDs have been produced wih meticulous care and attention to detail, with close-up action and clear diagrams.

You work through the lessons with your teacher, nail champion Gina Wallace. She guides you through the course which is split into three parts:

Part 1, Foundation.
You'll learn about life in a nail salon and you will understand the issues involved with sanitation, salon procedures, nail diseases, different nail systems, tools, chemicals and products.

Part 2, Essential Techniques.
You create your first nails. Gina shows you how to hold files and fingers, how to prepare the nail and create the extension. All the techniques are shown slowly and then at a speed you might achieve in a salon. You copy what you see on your own Nail Trainer.

Part 3, Working the Whole Hand.
You bring together all the techniques you have mastered and learn some of the tricks of the trade.

Saving your work

The nails you create on the Nail Trainer are detachable, you save them as you work though the course, so on completion our tutors get to see and asses your finished work.

*You may need to purchase more practice nails and extension tips depending upon how much practice you require. Please call us when you need them as we have a special price for these items when you are training.
