Deliveries to the UK
We deliver using Special Delivery from Royal Mail or City Link or UPS courier depending on the weight of the goods.
If your order is over £30 shipping by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery is FREE to all destinations in the UK. (Please note this does not apply to our Nail Courses, as we always ship these by courier).
You will be able to choose the method of delivery at the checkout. As you add items to your basket a shipping charge is shown under the sub-total in your Shopping Basket. This is the lowest shipping charge you will pay for the weight of the goods you have chosen. You can always change to a different method during checkout. Please note all deliveries require a signature.
Deliveries to the EU
We deliver using UPS. For most EU countries we offer a two-day delivery service. You will be able to choose the method of delivery at the checkout. As you add items to your basket a shipping charge is shown under the sub-total in your Shopping Basket. This is the lowest shipping charge you will pay for the weight of the goods you have chosen. You can always change to a different method during checkout. All deliveries require a signature. We currently ship COD (Cash on Delivery) to France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. Please note all deliveries require a signature.
Deliveries to the rest of the world
We ship anywhere in the world by UPS. The delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout. The shipping charges shown at the checkout are based on the weight of the items you have purchased.and the delivery country.
Customs charges and import charges: Please note that you may be liable for import charges for the goods you purchase fom us. The amount you may have to pay depends upon your local Customs and Excise department. It is your responsibility to pay these charges should they arise.
Orders placed for delivery by Cash On Delivery (COD)
We are happy to ship orders COD to EU countries, but if such orders are refused at the point of delivery, and returned to us unpaid, we will charge for the shipping costs.
Courier delivery times
Orders placed before 3.00pm are normally despatched the same day (for in-stock items), for delivery the next day between 9.00am and 6.00pm. After you checkout we will send an email informing you of the estimated delivery day and the tracking number for your parcel. So as not to loose your oder emails please add Order Confirmation < sales@essentialnails.com > to your white list or safe list.
